Dr Bowland is the worst physician I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. I’ve had enough of this office in general. In addition I had to physically pick up a referral after they stated they had sent it over to the specialist several times. Finally I found out their referral system is not working. I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to straighten it out first. Absolutely unacceptable.

Both my husband and I have gone here and had a horrible experience. They over charge and were difficult to work with. I wouldn’t recommend.

Lakeview Family Medicine on Coal Mine is a joke. If you’re seven minutes late, they won’t see you—but they’ll leave you waiting for over an hour with no updates. The double standards and lack of care here are unreal. I went in because I had pneumonia and needed an antibiotic. With no other locations available, I reluctantly returned to a place I had vowed never to visit again. High quality care ranging from the staff to the licensed medical professionals. Also, easy to communicate with the office via their electronic messaging service - they are usually quick to respond, particularly if you have an urgent request.

I had an excellent experience with this clinic. I was greeted right away and Maya got me checked in quickly. I barely had any time to wait before I was seen, and had plenty of time to ask questions. Felicia came in after the appointment to do a draw, and was so kind and quick I didn't even realize she'd started until it was over! I'm glad I found such kind, helpful professionals to help me manage my healthcare. Thanks, Lakeview Team!
