Easy to make appointments. Easy portal. My favorite PA is Mariah, very thorough and friendly. Dr's always have time for you too. Great location too if you're on the west side.
I have never had such a wonderful experience, from start to finish with a Dr’s office. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming, my intake nurse was so kind and the Dr was so patient, thoughtful and calming. I had a flu shot and blood draw and left feeling so well listened to and taken care of - they are all amazing. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
I travel 45+ minutes to come here because the staff and physicians are just that amazing! You can tell this group lives what they do and prioritizes the wellbeing of their patients.
I love Lakewood Family Medicine. Rebecca Smith is my PA. She listens to me and really hears what I am saying. She breaks everything down into terms I can understand. Together, after given my options have been given to me, We decide what is the treatment we can both agree on. Her compassion and kindness was what stood out to me at first but now it is that and her knowledge and heart that keeps me coming back.
