This place used to be good after a large staff turn over I have had nothing but issues. My pharmacy has spent weeks trying to get in touch with them to refill a prescription. They never have openings for appointments for physicals or illnesses, they recommend we go to the ER for a physical. Edit - changed review from 2 years ago - new staff is great.

I have been with this office for over 20 years.. stuck with them through the move and chaotic name changes. If you call to make an appointment over the phone- the are “Optum.” If you look their phone number/address up they are “Lakeview Family Medical.” When you walk into their office - “New West Physicians.” There are a handful of grumpy old women at the counter. There is no human element to this provider's system. I was low on my medication and called the pharmacy only to find that the doctor denied my refill. I called and they said I needed to schedule an appointment. I scheduled it, but they couldn't get me in for almost 2 weeks. They promised to send in a request for a "bridge" prescription, but it has been 5 days (3 business days) without a response. When I called today they told me there's nothing they can do.
