Julie Gunnarson NP is the absolute best. Out of my 45 years of being alive, she is one of the most down to earth and caring NPs I have visited before. I had a major life scare and she is one of the few that have been able to get timely answers from and who is also so caring and knowledgeable.
Rescheduled an appt because the doc went home sick.. ok, no biggie, next appt time a couple days later. Waiting a bit and 10 minutes past appointment time, oh, we just found out she's running an hour behind. Ok, bye!! You charge and cancel appointments if I'm 5 minutes late, but you can run an hour behind with no problem. Seems to be an issue, and since it was my first visit, I'll just find another doctor. Maybe don't accept new patients if you don't have time for them.
My primary Doc retired and I went to his referral and it did not pan out. Thankfully I found Ascent Family Med! I would strongly recommend giving them a try if you are in the market for primary care.
