This has been my primary care practice for several years. Dr. Lesmaki and her assistant are great. I have also seen various PA's that are also great. Would highly recommend the medical team. However there is a receptionist at this practice that has been extremely rude and unpleasant during the past two phone interactions which is quite surprising for a medical practice.
Doctors are minimum 25 min late. Online or in person. Not friendly, incorrect billing. You will not be seen for a 20 min apt even if you wait 40.
