I took my daughter in to get seen for birth control... I have been trying to pick up the prescription for days because the practitioner "forgot" to sign it. I keep calling and telling them this needs to be signed and I need to pick this up and I want a call when it's signed. This is almost starting to feel like they are purposefully not signing because of my daughter's age. If that's the case, I'd really hate that for them... I was supposed to get an annual wellness check up when it was scheduled as establishing care back on Dec 3, but thankfully my PCP Jessica Gabbert (so nice and helpful) allowed me to switch it up. That same day, I was able to go back in the afternoon to get assessed for ADHD thanks to the receptionist who always happens to work when I come through. Went in for a first time patient visit, and in that time frame a woman came in and started berating both the staff and I. What a wild time. 5 out of 5 would put her in her place again. Fantastic staff that sticks up for each other and deserve only the best. Also got phlebotomy done and had the most painless blood draw of my life. Definitely will keep coming back.

Sub par healthcare administrative services. It takes month to schedule appointments, tedious phone calls to reschedule after they cancel your appointment, and getting prescription refills is way more cumbersome than it should be. Doctors Blankstein and Townsend provide solid service; however, accessing them is incredibly difficult. If you have other options for a primary care provider, i would go with them. Find another place. They just waste your time and have to schedule an appointment just to go over lab results, which the doctor is late to. I have been waiting over 20 mins just for a video call. This place is a joke.
