I would stay FAR AWAY from any practice that operates under "New West Physicians". I have been a patient at Aurora Family Medicine for 30 years. Always professional, until New West bought them out.. now, any time I try to call I'm on hold at least an hour, no follow up with lab results, ZERO customer service. I tried to call New West's management office to voice my frustation and you just get voicemail! Horrible practices...I have given up!!
New West Physicians Park Rdge Lone Tree by Unhappy Camper - 01/21/2014 I have seen doctors for 55 years and never have had such poor customer service as I have from New West Physicians at Park Ridge Lone Tree. They "interrogate you, fill out forms on every visit and ask to see your health care card" EVERY VISIT! Really.
