After 3 years the bi-fold doors in our home became unusable. Without hesitation New West Partners (our builder) arranged a service call to include the manufacturer. After analysis, the overhead trim was removed and some reinforcing screws were placed into the header. The problem was solved without incident. Excellent service, communication and coordination... we could not be happier! Thank you New West Partners!
We are so pleased with the service and support received from New West Partners. Even before we were customers they helped us evaluate potential lots giving us the pros and cons. When we finally made an offer on a lot, New West helped us find critical contractors to perform soils and well tests. Great partners!

Doug, Alan and Jason of New West Partners are a great general construction team and will do their best to build you your dream house! I have worked with them for a few years and they built a beautiful home for some clients of mine in The Highlands at Breckenridge. That project was completed in 2015, and was a participant in the 2015 Parade of Homes.

We bought a New West Partners home in Breckenridge and couldn't be happier.
