New West Designs did my floors, they did a great job!! I LOVE THEM (the floors)...I would go back again and again.
Salesperson lied to us to make a fast sale. Floors were terrible since day one, not installed properly, dull, industrial flooring put in a residential home, within a year and a half the floor started to change colors, lift and terrible wear. Their excuse was that our dinner table chairs messed up the floor but admitted their install was done wrong. Here I am 2 years later replacing all the crappy tile they installed and they don't want to do anything. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't use this company they don't stand... read more
