I had a great experience with William. ICBC step by steps were provided, he was always responsive with text messages and I even had to go back to get the car fixed a second time and it was dropped off Friday, they worked on it over the weekend and was complete the job by Monday before noon. Truly would recommend William and his team.
We brought our car in for an ICBC repair and were very happy with service they gave. William provided great service and detailed information regarding the cost from our end. Our car had front bumper & grille replaced. Hood and side fenders were repaired to factory looking parts. The color match was perfect and all the lines were balanced. Wife was very happy with service and repairs..will recommend.
