Never answers the phone regardless of when you call. Doesn't respond to emails. And definitely doesn't call in the promised 48 hours I have been calling for a month with no response. 0 out of 10 do not recommend anyone who can't even be bothered to call someone back. Let alone handle any issues.
Lisa is amazing. She holds you accountable, gives at home assignments, follows up and is amazing at role play. She loves “throwing the ball back in your court.”
