Because I couldn't rate less. Went there to get an alignment after getting 2 new tires and after being rotated. (I was driving to Alabama and back) Guy said he would call me when my car was finished, waited 3 hours and ended up going in because I was worried something was wrong. He said it was ready 15 min after I left, because he drove it around the block and apparently after taking 4 right turns he knew it didn't need aligned. Charged me $40.
