do not buy a car from this place. they confirm every stereo type of a used car dealer. they are more than willing to help with small issues, as soon as something major happens they seem to forget how to take care of the customer. The car was wrecked before, we hit a curb and the previous wreck came back to haunt us. the car was never completely fixed, just enough to re sell.
I would purchase another vehicle from New Wave.... I bought a 2003 Ford Explorer XLT and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Any problems I had they took care of it right AWAY!!!!!! 1 minor problem... LeeAnn M.
Don't recommend this place for a vehicle. Bought a vehicle that the engine blew up within year and they weren't willing to anything to help me out. Basically said I was stuck with it and the full payment on the vehicle. Make sure to look closely at what you're buying from them.
wow, what a good place to buy a car. have my car for 15 months, had a small issue with car they fixed it with no hassle. my car runs great thanks NEW WAVE.
