I strong don’t recommend New Wave Boston Real Estate. As a landlord, they hold the first and last month rent payment from our tenants for 10 months, and finding all sort of excuses each time to delay the payment to me. The agent stops responding from time to time and does not feel sorry for the situation at all it is the first time that I've encountered such a bad agency. Something fishy going on. They even pretend to send us the check that cannot be deposited, how much lower can they be.
