New Vista in Richmond Kentucky is really good with knowledgeable and caring staff. I started seeing a therapist with New Vista in Nicholasville but changed to the Richmond location after moving. The Richmond office is committed to ensuring their clients receive the best care, even reaching out to other locations if needed. I learned the hard way that not every New Vista location cares about the mental health of their clients, and I really wish the Richmond office could train the other ones on ethics and customer service.
