Terri, the office manager, directly violates patients rights they are being seen for protected under ADA. She has prevented me from talking to anyone outside of her stating that the only person to talk to above her was God as she continued to just be very unprofessional and mean. What does one do in a situation as such?
I am thankful to Dr. Yang for helping me get my life back. It was trial and error with the medications, however once the right ones were found I felt so much better. I'm finally me again.
New vision has been very helpful. Sue Rue is great actually listens! I came a long way with my mental health since I have been a client at New Vision. I'm very blessed that I found this place. The front desk are also very nice and helpful.
Don't bring your family here. They drop patients in dire need of help in seconds without refills & manager sees you as a number not a human.
Dr. Yang is the best!!
