Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! The manager here has absolutely no empathy or de escalation skills at all. She will laugh in your face, constantly interrupt you and speak over you, and completely disregard any point you are trying to make. I have a recording of our phone conversation and everyone I have shown it to agrees they would never want to deal with a company like this.
