I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the experience I had at Hagerstown’s New Vision Laser Center. The atmosphere couldn’t have been any better. His staff is so welcoming and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and supported. I’m so thankful. I have been waiting for years for the technology to advance to the point it is now. I work in the medical field and came with my list of concerns. They answered them all and put me at ease. What a great place.
I had LASIK two days ago, and already my eyes are doing great! My vision has already improved to 20/15 vision! The procedure is quick and painless, and the after care is great, especially because of the contact they have you wear. I had no pain! The staff is amazing. Dr. Gladsden was clear, succinct, and kind. Lucy and Brandy were also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this procedure and this center to anyone!
My experience with New Vision Laser Center exceeded all my expectations. Such a thorough and professional staff.
I went there for a consultation to get Lasik surgery. The office staff was very helpful and Dr Gladsden was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately due to a preexisting condition I'm not a good candidate for Lasik surgery. Your eyesite is very important, and Dr Gladsden will not perform the surgery if he feels it's not in your best interest. I'm very thankful to Dr Gladsden for being honest, and considering my well being over profit.
My husband gifted me my Lasik surgery as a Christmas gift. Dr. Gladsden and Lucy were a wonderful team who made me completely comfortable from the initial visit and through each step of the process.
