I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the experience I had at Hagerstown’s New Vision Laser Center. The atmosphere couldn’t have been any better. Everyone was courteous and personable making me feel comfortable. My wait time in the waiting room and exam room was short. It was obvious that Doctor Gladsden had extensive experience in LASIK. Dr. Gladsden was highly recommended by my optometrist and I was not disappointed! He and his staff are phenomenal. They are highly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I felt comfortable and well attended to, they took their time to answer all questions. I had no doubt I was in trustworthy and capable hands. Love the friendly atmosphere. My surgery results are beyond what I hoped for. Truly life changing.
