The longest wait time on the phone all the time, it will disconnect and then you have to go back in queue. If you book over the phone they don’t give you an email confirmation to reference date and time (everything has email confirmation now it’s 2025) which has caused confusion several times and miscommunication. Such a rude and demanding receptionist I see the doctor when he hasn't said a word to me in 3 years. Every time I tried to call though, I have to wait 30 minutes in a queue and if I get disconnected for any reason, I start over again. Moving to another family doctor.
Much improved experience. Better and easier than expected.
Blew out most of my knee while installing a blender attachment. They provided help to my knee injury.
