UPDATE: October 2025 With regards to this office's new phone system I don't see how it's helping phone wait times and I thought that's why it was implemented. The wait times can still be long over 40 minutes and don't even bother with choosing callback because most likely the same people that are answering the phone are also doing the callbacks so either way you're still going to be waiting. I show up on time for my in-office appointments and sometimes they make me wait up to an hour past my appointment time to see my doctor... read more
Dr. Cameron is a wonderful care provider. If you are lucky enough to have her as your primary care provider, you should feel blessed. Though, in my time with her, I was unable to get an answer for my diagnoses, she fought along side me, provided accurate medications and truly cared about me as a patient. I had to relocate due to a family emergency and finally was able to get a real diagnosis. New Vision Family Health Team is a wonderful Dr.'s office! Everyone is so friendly, helpful & punctual - it's great. It's also awesome that they offer health workshops that you can attend for free - I really appreciate them & have learned so much from them. It's great that it's a full health team - they cater to all your needs. There's plenty of free parking, which is nice. It's a fantastic health team/Dr.'s office & I'd highly recommend to anyone to go there! :)
