Service was fast, efficient, and friendly
Dr. Tofigh is a very kind and helpful doctor. She also took Medicaid, which given lower reimbursement rates, should be commended.
Cannot recommend New Vision Family Eye Clinic highly enough. Dr. Tofigh is an incredibly kind and thorough practitioner; she never makes you feel rushed which is so important. CeCe is equally kind and so helpful in talking through eyeglass details. So glad to have found New Vision!
After many years and hours in waiting rooms at larger (and overbooked) practices, it was so refreshing to come to New Vision! Dr. Tofigh made me feel truly cared for and was very attentive in finding the best solution for my eyes. I did not feel rushed or pressured into anything, and she was considerate of my concerns. The front office was wonderful as well, and very patient with breaking down pricing and different options for contact lenses. Highly recommend Dr. Tofigh and staff!
Had a wonderful time on year two visiting this practice. Wish I had found them earlier! They are always so friendly, accommodating, and willing to educate you on each process of the annual exam. Thank you!
