Rather combative encounter! Called to schedule my 4 year old an appointment, however instead the receptionist wanted to go back and forth about the "possibility" of my insurance not covering the appointment WITHOUT ever actually requesting or reviewing my insurance information, not to mention I advised I will cover out of pocket expenses! Long story short still no appointment & total waste of time.
Thanks so much to the Staff at New Vision Eye & Laser Center. We were visiting from out of town and my husband broke his glasses. The staff took had his glasses fixed in five minutes! They were so nice and hospitable!
