I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty supplier. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for help finding a product, she showed a lot of attitude and refused to assist properly. I mentioned that the owner, Ann, is usually very kind and helpful when she’s there on Fridays, and the employee responded sarcastically, saying “Go call Ann” and even shouted behind me, “Ann, fire me!
