The roof was replaced well but about a month later we had a bad rain storm and there was leaking in the front bedroom. They came over and assessed the leak and stated it wasn't coming from the roof but from an intersection on the roof that was not done properly when the house was built. He put calk on the area and it didn't leak again but they did not fix the interior wall and ceiling that now had water damage that was not there before. David Kim was amazing. we had hail damage to our roof, fence, pergola cover, gutters, windows and it was all taken care of with promptness and professionalism. at some point there will be another storm and David and New View will have our business for sure

As a property owner out of state, dealing with the roof damage by late 2024's hail storm was a major concern. James, from new view roofing, came highly recommended, and they exceeded all expectations. They responded promptly, provided clear updates, and completed the work flawlessly.
