I usually try to find a middle ground but i cant with this one. The hotel was dirty and unkempt. We found a roach in the room and there was pee on the toilet seat. The management was also not the most hygienic and clearly lived in the back. This was a very disappointing experience. I know it's cheap. Spend the money and go somewhere else.
Convenient location, affordable, pool and building remodeling which was disappointing, no one ever at the desk, but you can call. Breakfast was great, the laundry works, elevator it's a little sketchy, but again, renovations in process. For under $75? Internet, fridge, microwave in room and landline phone, Tv, separate area with sofa/coffee table/table/chairs. Comfortable beds.
