I have been coming here for about 6 years but recently moved down south. I figured I needed to find a salon closer to home and let’s just say lesson learned! I called New trend in a panic this morning for an appointment and they got me in this afternoon. I have always gone to Bev but she was super booked so they recommended Gabby who is seriously a life saver! She fixed my blonde and I am so grateful!! Thank you again and I will never stray away from new trend!
Have been going to New Trend Hair Salon for years, they are the best!! Megan is absolutley amazing. Nails what I want done every time!! This time was even more impressive then the last as she took me from black to a vibrant red. I LOVE IT!! And I love this salon!!�
My hair turned out very nice not like the wish pic but was close ...3 stars because the customer service I experienced was awful the stylist I had seemed like she did-not want to take me and did not explain what she was doing I mean I didn’t want to know every detail but like “this is this and it does this “ I did I not get so I would go back but with some one els I herd every other stylist explain to their clients what they were doing so I guess she just didn’t want to be their �
I felt like a celebrity Alondra highlighted my hair, Lisa cut my hair, I got to speak with the owner which was super cool, and I had services from other people I don't really know their names because I forgot for everybody identified themselves and it made me feel important even though the salon was extremely busy it didn't even seem like I was ignored , ever what a great experience.
