I wanted so bad to be able to give this place 5 stars as we love New Town, but the gym is pretty frustrating and it is obvious that it is somewhat of a second thought to whoever runs it. Joined a few months ago and have gone 3-4 times a week ever since. The gym has a decent selection of equipment and free weights, but there are certain things that are just off. Smaller gym so it is lagging some important equipment. Some of the machinery seems redundant could have a better setup. One decent cable(aka pulley or crossover) machine would be a game changer opening up every lift possible. But I will say it's never too busy. Generally speaking it stays clean and well kept. All of the people I have met been courteous, polite and very gym etiquette knowledgeable. Most importantly to me is location location location. Great spot!
