Poor service. Did not resolve my issue, and was on the phone the whole time because he needed to be guided through what to even check for. He then put a screw in my second unit and it came out on its own 30 minutes after the technician left.
Amazing staff
Miserable customer service. They came 3 times without resolving the issue. Be aware they ask for your credit card information before the visit and overcharge you. Stay away from these people.
