I had a very negative experience at this salon. I went in for eyebrow threading but was also given an upper lip wax. Unfortunately, the wax caused significant damage to my skin. Immediately after the service, my upper lip was extremely red, raw, and began to weep clear fluid—consistent with a burn or skin being lifted. This was not a mild irritation. I had such a great experience at New Style Eyebrows! She did my eyebrows so well, you can really tell she pays close attention to every little detail. What stood out the most to me was how much passion she puts into her work. She doesn’t rush and truly cares about making sure everything looks perfect.
