Bought an industrial bar not realising the inner loose jewelry part was already scratched and damaged. It ended up scratching the bar and irritated my 10 year healed piercing. I blame myself for not checking the jewelry before buying but as staff they should also take time and check the inventory to see if any of the jewelry is also scratched or damaged.
