We bought a car from ths place last december, 2 days later it needed a new clutch. We took it to the the place they deal with K B Enterprize. They did a horrible job. Then in june it needed more work broke down on us in myrtle beach. NOW ITS IN THE SHOP AGAIN AND NEEDS $11,000 worth of work. THESE ARE THE WORST 2 PLACES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF DONT EVER BUY OR DEAL WITH THESE PLACES. NEW START AUTO AND K B ENTERPIZE, THEY DONT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING. New Start Auto had an awesome selection of import cars. The staff did everything they could to get me the best rate they could. It seemed they did this to help me more than them. Some dealerships up sell the rate and make a profit of it. They offered a nationwide warranty at a fair cost also. They have a service department off site but less than a block away that helped me with a tire that went flat. They fixed it at no charge. The Staff was friendly and the dealership was clean. BUYER BEWARE! Sold my daughter a piece of junk! The headlight was attached with duct tape! Two tires have plugs in them and when one went flat she discovered there was no spare or jack! 4 days after she got the car the engine light came on, the air bag light came on. It would not pass inspection so we had to leave it all day for repairs just to get it to pass! Bluebook value of the car is \$4500 in good condition, he s robbing her for \$10k! Anthony is a jerk to deal with and needs to be knocked off his high horse or put in ... read more
