These are horrible people i put $1000 into cleaning the house when i was leaving and they wont give me my deposit back because they said it wasnt clean enough. i am beyond livid.

I was a tenant for new star reality. The lied to me and told me the owner of the house was going to move in and told me that I had to move out within 30 days. Come to find out after spending over 10, 000 to move out with a security deposit ,first months rent and moving expense that new star reality wanted to charge a lot more money for rent and didn't even give me the option to pay the rent increase So I can stay in the home I built for over15 years

Well my fiancee put in an application I put in one because I was AN OCCUPANT. They say they denied the application because of MY CREDIT. I said I don't understand I'm not the head of income. My fiancee said ask them if we can pay 1 year in advance I called and said maybe 6 months in advance (19k) they call back and say no problem.
