Save yourself sometime and use a professional company. Wife and I applied for a house to rent as the rental were in will be put on the market. Mr. Lee not only yelled at our realtor demanding things, but also asked for 6 months of our bank statements as if we were actually purchasing the rental. It was so great to see Mr. Steve. He is still doing great work and he is very polite and friendly.
My granddaughter found this property management company and they are Great people to work with! Steve is amazing and tries to fix any problem in house ASAP. Good people to work with highly recommend!
These are horrible people i put $1000 into cleaning the house when i was leaving and they wont give me my deposit back because they said it wasnt clean enough. i am beyond livid.
