Inquired on the property listed by Simon Cho at 1449 W Pacific Coast Hwy Long Beach. In general New Star Realty is very shady and not professional. When my Remax broker asked for documents they wanted an NDA and copies of his ID. It seems yet again anyone can be an agent and broker in our great Country.
