Have to say I'm extremely disappointed in NSC. Not only is the building sub-par at best it is still a construction zone. Obviously they could care less about customer service b/c no one answers their phones and/or returns voice messages /emails. They were responsible for building the new dorms @ USC and our child was moved into an unfinished dorm where they walk thru a hard hat construction zone to get in. It's obvious they slapped the Blossom Building together in an effort to get the kids moved in. Sub-par work, a lazy man'... read more
