Awesome place.. great views of the sunrise, walk out the door on the beach, clean, well appointed guest suite
We had a great stay, very clean and comfortable. Definitely going to book again next year!!!

I had my sister travel here from Colorado with her two nieces. She felt as if she were staying in a hostile with other guests that wanted nothing to do with her and her kids. They all had to share a patio, this would have been great if the other occupants were the least bit friendly. Upon returning home she received a request not to book a room with the new Smyrna beach house again.
