One of my favorite places...really judgment free. Very nice members and staff.
I've been using NSAC for the past 3 years. They are conveniently located and the staff there is so helpful. Mike Gill is my trainer there and he is providing me with insight, dietary help and providing the kind of accountability I need to improve my shape and physical health. Not only do I always feel welcomed at NSAC, but the management is attentive to any issues with equipment or facilities. They promote an atmosphere of respect and consideration, which is attractive to me.
Best gym around, hands down! The staff is wonderful, the equipment is clean, and the 24 hour access is a huge plus. There's a great feel of community and the trainers are super knowledgeable. Totally recommend to locals and visitors alike!

Best gym around... feels like old school, right to business gym, owners are fantastic and can ask the staff openly for tips and advice on getting a great workout!
