Great gym, great owner. If you are serious about lifting and are visiting or live in NSB, this is the place to train. Great atmosphere and energy. Good mix of machines and free weights and enough cardio equipment so you don’t have to wait. The gym, bathrooms and locker room are clean. Hands down the best gym around.
