Hired this company 1 year ago last month. The siding started leaking. I tried contacting them for repairs...nothing!!! I think it may be the fact that their work only has a 1-year warranty? Or who knows? But come on? A year? We paid a small fortune for this work. Where is the customer service? Probably should’ve went with a real company and not just the cheapest price! You live you learn!
Jose (the owner of New Shield Siding ) did a great job! He was very friendly and always willing to help. I had scheduled my siding to be replaced in three months, but he was able to schedule me earlier than that due to an opening in his schedule which was great! He was always responsive when I contacted him and I never had any trouble communicating what I expected. Not sure how my reviews keep getting removed! Left a review for this company, got removed. Shady company. Awful quality! Beware.
New Shield Siding recently sided our house with hardie plank, added new windows and painted the house. They did a fantastic job and and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Their attention to detail is second to none and they were there every step of the way for any questions/concerns I had throughout the process. It was a pleasure to work with Jose and his crew.
