I was long overdue for a massage. Very relaxing, beautiful, soothing environment. I would highly recommend Gaila at New Season Wellness. You will not be disappointed. I wish I lived closer to get regular massages! I will be sure to book an appointment the next time we are in Illinois.
I have seen Gaila twice at New Seasons Wellness and Massage. Both times were for a 1 hour massage. Gaila does an excellent job by listening to your needs and requests for areas of concerns. She also frequently checks in to make sure the pressure and tension are meeting your expectations as well. I have felt very refreshed and energized after both massages. It is my recommendation if you are looking for a massage therapist or thinking of switching to go see Gaila!
