This place has gone down hill. Everytime I come in the program director is either yelling or talking down to her staff or she's talking shit about a patient to a different patient. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If she hates her job then leave. I bet the clinic would be soo much better without her.
I've only been coming here for a week. But it's so much better than I've ever expected! All employees there including the doctor made me feel so comfortable and did not look down upon me for what I do or what I have done! Looking forward to a long term sobriety! That you so soooo much! Will be forever grateful for New Season treatment Center!!
The director, Tia, exhibits a lack of respect and often discusses clients' personal matters publicly in front of other clients. She also attempts to control the doctors by dictating what the clients need, which is inappropriate as doctors should make their own decisions. Additionally, she frequently spends time outside vaping with clients and discussing their issues. Its fast as far as getting in and getting your dose and out. It runs alot smother then the other one I went to.
Talked to the program director. I think her name was Tia...? I left here feeling like I am cared about and that my thoughts and feelings matter.. great place. Great staff.
