I'm editing my previous review from a few months back, in that time my experience has gone from 1 star to 4, and I will contribute a majority of that to my counselor, Jeme. She has pushed me to do better and I feel like she genuinely cares. All of the counselors make you feel that way, even with their huge caseloads. The new director is also great, he's professional and does his best to keep things going smoothly even with the lack of nurses. That's out of their control though.
