They are so unorganized. Sometimes you wait over an hour. Turnaround for employees is insane. They don't care about patients. They cannot help you find rehab or detox. If you can go somewhere else you should try that. Plus it wouldn't surprise me if they inform police of when certain patients that may have warrants are here. I have seen many people get arrested after leaving here.
I was on suboxone a long time no issues. My other provider and myself decided after a medication interaction and a diagnosis of early onset arthritis due to being hiv positive over 12 years. I started having some withdrawal, and ultimately decided going back on methadone was going to be my best bet. I contacted them, and spoke to a counselor, Aaron. Oh I still can’t say I like this place—especially after you ran John off. Now I’ve got the doctor telling me I’m “not ready to leave” because I’m not in full recovery… that’s cute. Last time I checked, I’m the one living in this body and paying the bills, so I’m pretty sure I get a vote in whether I keep coming here or not. But sure, tell me again how I have to stay. This place has gone down hill. Everytime I come in the program director is either yelling or talking down to her staff or she's talking shit about a patient to a different patient. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If she hates her job then leave. I bet the clinic would be soo much better without her.
I've only been coming here for a week. But it's so much better than I've ever expected! All employees there including the doctor made me feel so comfortable and did not look down upon me for what I do or what I have done! Looking forward to a long term sobriety! That you so soooo much! Will be forever grateful for New Season treatment Center!!
