This place is horribly run. Yesterday they didn’t open because of the snow and didn’t give their patients take home doses. No counseling or group therapy. It’s a scam and all they provide is medication.
This review reflects the management changes, particularly beginning in September 2024. I have been reassigned to a new counselor every single month for the past two years. It's to "manage caseloads," I am told this as if it's the be-all-end-all of explanations, but it's unacceptable; I was reassigned and removed from a single counselor 7 different times. New management is incompetent and it’s 2 hrs everyday.
September 2024- closed 2 days this week 1 day last week. Sending customers to the at Louis location to wait in line with 50 it 100 people. Will not last without the old management or way more employees. Feel sorry for those who really needed this place especially those with jobs.
