I originally had New Roots come out and complete a paved patio for me 4 years ago. Within a month of completing the project I noticed some pavers were sinking. Someone would come out and fix it only to have it happen again and again until whole sections were falling apart. I have had Diana and crew over for both pre-growing season yard clean-up and to dig out and create a level area for an above ground pool.
