We tried 3 times since november to get my step son in to be seen! I filled out the ALL the paper work we were given at the office only to be told the first time that insurance wasnt working (which didn't make since because he just went to the ER and it worked fine) the second time to be told they lost the paper work we filled out and then it magically appeared 2 weeks later, and then today I was told my name wasnt on the papers!
