Billing Department is AWFUL to work with. Had my son in December 2017, after SEVERAL phone calls with them trying to see why they hadn’t submitted to insurance yet they told me it was an error on our part with wrong numbers (ACMC clinic had no problem submitting correctly with same numbers) April now and they still can’t figure it out but are sending me a “final notice” letter before collections?? Are you kidding me-this is your issue. Why would I pay on a bill that is incorrect!
RecommendedI had an excellent experience at the Urgency Center. All the staff were friendly and caring. Dr Cash was very attentive and performed a thorough exam.. The care was expedient. No one made me feel stupid for coming in as this is what occurred at Centracare North Medical Clinic Express Care immediately before I drove to the Urgency Center. I hope the administration knows what a gem they have with Dr Cash—treated me with dignity.
Awful. Turned away twice (even after calling to make sure I’d be seen) here again with my 2 year old and 5 patients have gone in before us. Rude nurses. Terrible service.
RecommendedDr. Mellema, the surgical team staff, along with the nursing staff on the Peds unit- I cannot thank them all enough for their expertise, skill, communication and overall care they provided my 18 month old son as he just had a T&A + ear tubes placed. It was a spacious hospital setting and we were honestly made to feel like our son was our nurses only patient for the prompt & compassionate care we received. And Dr Mellema even rounded to check in at 8 PM the day of surgery! 🙌🏻☺️ great team!!
