I love Harley Davidson, but New River Harley Davidson in Jacksonville, NC is a spit in the face of what the company represents. The customer service is disgusting and the service department is even worse. I dropped my bike off over a month ago for what I thought was a problem with the primary. They took the bike in and called two days later informing me that it was the starter.
