Leasing office is incompetent. They are unaware of how to solve any issues and when asked about solutions they respond with, "I'm not sure. I'll have to check." Maybe instead of spending so much money on revamping your office, you should be more concerned with your tenants.
The property management team at this location is not helpful at all. they do not maintain the appliances and do not take responsability for anything.they refuse to provide anything in writting do not lease here ..it a waiste of money as the whole property is not well maintain the garbage compactor has been broken several times this 2014.
