So wonderful! Second repair since winter and I was feeling worried. But Boris says, "no worries" and it's like Australia - all good! I call, he says when to come in, he calls with the issue and estimate, and it gets done when promised. Don't let the accents fool you - they are great, stand behind their work, and can put a smile on your face with fixes and honesty. Great place. Recommend them highly!
