I am very pleased with New Ruf. I had an after hours leak and New Ruf was the only company that picked up the phone when I called. As soon as the storms stopped, Saul arrived to get the process going and stop the leak. He gave me a few options on repairs, helped with insurance, and stayed on top of the completion. The crew that replaced the roof worked nonstop in the heat and cleaned up really well. All of the trades that came, were on time and did a great job.

MJ, Vidal, and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job on our repair. They did interior repairs due to water damage and it may as well have not happened. The texture on the drywall is perfect.

I used New Rüf for an insurance claim regarding an upstairs bathroom leak - this company does more than just roofing! MJ, my Project Supervisor, was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, patient and kind. She was with me every step of the way, and it was quite the journey! I don't know what I would've done without her! I was even able to reach her after hours for questions and concerns. Amazing service! I am pleased with the end result of the repairs and rebuild.

Can't say enough about the experience I had with Saul at NewRuf! He was able to meet the same day and did a thorough inspection of my roof which gave me peace of mind. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made great recommendations. He is now my trusted roofer and I highly recommend him!
