A Elrod I am not one to formally communicate appreciation but in this case I must. Two days ago My sister-in-law and I were trying to get back to Iowa from Minot North Dakota. The trip had been pleasant but at our age over 2,000 miles in 4 days is a bit gruelling. We had dropped south on 15 out of St. Cloud, then taking 19 to I-35 due to the bad storm damage in the cities. New Prague Ford Love this dealership!! Brian has the patience of a saint and was unbelievably helpful....even on his days off. My boyfriend and I both agreed working with Brian and New Prague Ford was hands down the best car buying experience ever. In about 2-3 years we will definitely be calling Brian to help us find our new truck. He went above and beyond making sure I got the car that we wanted and answered the million and six emails we sent him. He is the best!
Better than the rest... We were treated like family at this dealership. I have bought several vehicles from them and we love our Fords! The service department is courteous and professional. I have never had to bring my vehicle back twice for the same repair.
