When this business first opened, it stood out for its knowledgeable staff who truly listened to customer needs. Unfortunately, that level of service has completely deteriorated. The owner now sets a tone of blatant rudeness, and the staff openly complain and speak inappropriately in front of customers. It’s extremely disappointing to see such a decline in professionalism and respect.

Nice salon and friendly service but this was my second manicure here that didn’t last over 48 hours… Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be going back. My best manicures typically last at least 5-6 days.

I am horrified that the nail tech, Jenny, cut my long nails so short that they are below my fingertips! I left immediately after complaining to the manager and before receiving the gel manicure.

Worst customer reception! Lisa looked at my nails and asked where they had been done and I said “here”. She refused to believe me even though I offered to show her the card transaction. The job had been done poorly, so the UV color had started breaking. She stubbornly went against the evidence I provided. I wasn’t looking for a refund, just a new manicure. Very rude and not at all client friendly. Never again.
