There were 2 men working when we got there. The taller man was very friendly and smiled and greeted us and the short man never smiled and seemed annoyed. Unfortunately my child ended up with the short instructor. Very disappointed. Teens are already nervous enough. I undestand it is a time to be serious but there is no reason to be nasty .There is no reason to be intimidating and incredibly rude. My child felt very uncomfortable the moment they got in the car.
Examiner was weird and inexusably rude. The Other examiner seemed like a normal, well adjusted human being. Unlucky we drew the clown that traumatized my daughter.
