I’ve been attending the semi-private adult training for almost a year now. I cannot say enough about how attentive Eian is when you have an injury or a limitation. He takes everything into consideration and modifies movements so you don’t feel like you’re not getting a full workout. I cannot say enough great things about this gym and especially, Eian Birtcher! From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for.
