I would like to inform everyone I have lived here for 3 years! Dangerous place for seniors. A resident choked while eating and the staff did nothing. Staff didn't do a bed check every two hours at night, so a resident was left bleeding on the floor for several hours. Staff working in Assisted Living and Memory Care aren't required to have any medical training and they don't seem to train the caregivers when they start working there. One caregiver didn't even know how to take someone's blood pressure. Residents locked in their rooms by staff. Lots of hidden fees. You pay a fee to ... read more
My mother has been at Arboria of Long Grove for just under two years , it is a beautiful facility run by the most wonderful people you will find in this industry , i am so glad i chose this place over several others in the area that i visited ,great place great staff.
