My father has been a Memory Care resident at New Perspective for 2.5 years. The staff, from management to caregiver, has been friendly and caring. The nursing staff is always available to attend to my father’s medical needs or just answer questions. Management is always interested in feedback so that they can improve the resident and family experience. My family has become friends with all of the caregivers. We are grateful for the excellent care our father has been receiving.
My mother in law was in memory care at NP Franklin. The activities staff were absolutely amazing, they engaged her in many activities and trips during her time there and we feel that kept her active for as long as possible. She ran out of money July 2024, despite our best efforts to get her on community care, they continued to send the family collection notices, we were forced to pay $11,000 per month until cc kicked in.
