My mother in law was in memory care at NP Franklin. The activities staff were absolutely amazing, they engaged her in many activities and trips during her time there and we feel that kept her active for as long as possible. She ran out of money July 2024, despite our best efforts to get her on community care, they continued to send the family collection notices, we were forced to pay $11,000 per month until cc kicked in. Employees have physically fought management. Staff is rude and not properly trained. Staff work under the influence of marijuana.
My mother in law was in memory care at NP Franklin. The activities staff were absolutely amazing, they engaged her in many activities and trips during her time there and we feel that kept her active for as long as possible. They have caring staff and are compassionate with their care level. In the end hospice was brought in (an outside agency) that assisted in her end of life care. We were happy we selected this facility for her care.
My brother has been at New Perspective for 2 months. He couldn't be happier. He has made new friends, the staff is caring and compassionate and he loves the food. Thank you for keeping him safe and easing my mind.
