I called Greg Nouza hoping to lower my monthly payment. In the end, I took a slightly higher payment and cut the loan term more than I thought I could afford to do! Greg knows that the end goal is putting together something that the customer is happy with. Sometimes the type of loan changes. This is not against this particular branch. I have never even been inside the building this is about the parent company. My Mortgage was bought by this company a few Months ago. I recently opened a new LOC and was trying to pay my monthly payment directly from this account I wasn’t sure if it was going to clear. Online my account said it was paid but the money didn’t come out of the account so I waited a few days.
